Where our data comes from
Every number on this site traces to a named source with a date. Rates are what banks actually disbursed per regulator filings — not advertised offers. Listings are shown as listed by their source, attributed and linked. When a source goes stale, our pipeline fails loudly rather than serving old data as current. This page is generated from the live ingestion log.
What we deliberately don’t do
- Mix inflation-indexed (UVR) and nominal peso rates in one comparison — they measure different things.
- Show a lender as a match unless its terms carry a verification date.
- Present anything here as an offer, commitment, or pre-approval of credit.
- Alter listed prices or invent property details — listings render as their sources published them.
